The Contentment of Worship

After warning the second generation of Israelites of the dangerous results of covetousness, Moses turns their attention to the worship of the One true God. Reminding themselves, in worship, of what God has accomplished for them in delivering them from Egypt will preserve them from resentment and jealousy. Covetousness always results in harm to our souls and those around us. Only Jesus Christ can give us the new hearts that we need to worship God in Spirit and Truth.
