God is still pleading with His people to keep His ordinances and He will return to them, but the people still do not think they have done anything wrong. God explains that they have robbed Him by failing to bring proper tithes and offerings into the house of the Lord. He urges them to "Try Me" and if they will bring tithes and offerings as they should, He will open the windows of heaven and pour out an overflow of blessings.
