In this message, we continue our study of 1st John. We continue to look at the presence of sin in the life of a believer. John encourages his readers to confess sin so they can maintain fellowship with the Father. Then, we see John's advice as to what we should do when we sin. He tells his readers about the advocate and propitiation. John's thoughts are given so we can maintain fellowship with the Father. Also, John informs his readers how to know they know God. We remember, this book is a book of confidence. John tells them how they can know. This builds confidence.
