SHAPE Evaluation

This is a look at a simple evaluation form to help get some direction on who we are and how God is shaping us for ministry. In this lesson we will look at evaluating our spiritual gifts, our heart's desires, our experiences, our talents and abilities and our personalities to begin making the decision of what ministry we are shaped for.
