Perpetual Praise

Paul's instruction in these three verses are simple, yet profound. Rejoice always. Pray without ceasing and Give Thanks in all situations. This is not just a suggestion, it is called, "the will of God in Christ Jesus for you." These commands are not just written for the mountain tops, but for the valleys. How can our praise become perpetual when the difficulties of this life tend to bring it down?
