Christ our Cornerstone

The church of God is made up of believing people. We are also described as a huge temple, and even a massive city. The believers are the stones which make up the walls. The apostles (and prophets) form the foundation. But the most important stone is the main foundation stone—the "cornerstone". Just as all the other stones fit around this one, the people of God, as living stones, are sculpted to be like Jesus Christ, and all they do is with reference to him.
