Coronavirus and Prayer

Last week we looked at "God and the Coronavirus," looking at Amos 4 & 5. We saw that God sent the coronavirus because of our sin. We saw that He did it in mercy that we might return to Him.

I concluded the sermon by urging you to be sure that you have returned to God, and to do what you can, on your part, to urge our society and our world return to Him. Returning to God should be our principle business in a crisis like this. Whenever we do turn to God in times of crisis, we pray to Him. We have an example of prayer in such times in Daniel chapter 9.
