The Peace of Faith

It is a fanciful idea of carnal humanity to be at war with God; for a creature to rebel against their Creator; for an utterly dependent thing to quarrel against its only provider; yet by nature that is what we are. So what glorious news do we find in this text; a message to those justified by God given faith. God is against all rebels among the community of humanity but He makes Himself at peace with His adopted children to whom He shows mercy and gives faith to trust His beloved Son as their Substitute.
