Main point: Because God loves you, instead of allowing your ruin through sin; He will chasten you to bring you back to His covenant.

1. God has entered into a covnant of love with His bride. (1-5)

2. Because God's covenant is gracious, He pleads with you to obey. (6-7)

3. Your sin is a conspiracy against your relationship with God. (8-10)

4. Because God loves His bride, He will set her on fire. (11-17)

5. God is so committed to your good that He will not allow you to ruin yourself through sin.
