Establish the need: Is it good to want to lead? Is it good to have an ambition to be a leader? Do you realize that leadership is unavoidable? Do you want to be married? Note Ephesians 5:22-23 and its implication.
Purpose: Today I do want to talk about several area to work on in beginning to cultivate leadership.
(We are assuming that we are beginning from scratch).
