Gain Through Loss

Like Job, the covenant people of Judah learn an important lesson. The Lord often blesses His people through loss. We look at the folly of trusting people and that God is the ruler of all.

The topic of spiritual leadership is looked at through this passage as well and we are encouraged to pray for the leaders of the church.

Finally,we are reminded that in wrath, God remembers mercy and look at how He created something new in this situation.
