The Gospel of Mark: God's Work in the Life of the Author

This the first in a series of messages on the gospel of Mark. In this sermon, the conditions are set for a study of the book by introducing the uniqueness of the gospel of Mark and an attempt is made to demonstrate how God used Peter, Barnabas, and Paul in the life of Mark to prepare him to be the writer of the 2nd Gospel of the NT. The focus of this portion of the sermon is the demonstration of how the gospel gives men a 2nd chance on life.
