Godliness With Contentment

Text: 1 Timothy 6:6, Lord's Day 44

A common view of the Tenth Commandment is that is the "lesser" commandment of the ten, or the least important because minimal harm comes to you if you break it. The truth, however, is that this commandment on coveting is actually the most damning of them all for us. Tonight we will see why this is as Lord's Day 44 wraps up our study of God's Holy Law.

2. The Law of God properly understood as:
   a. It is not a means of salvation.
   b. It does lead us to Jesus Christ.
