The Only Son, Our Lord

Even as the H.C. moves through the Apostles' Creed section by section we come to the description of Jesus Christ as the only begotten Son of God, and why it is that this title is essential to understanding who Jesus is as eternally God, but also as our Redeemer who is worthy of all worship and honor and praise. Seeking to draw a distinction between Jesus and ourselves, we must see Jesus Christ as worthy of greater honor, but trust for the One who is the eternal Son of God is our precious Redeemer and Lord. Let us, beholding the glory and honor of the Son embrace Him as our Savior and Lord.
