Priceless Treasure In Worthless Vessels

The ministry of the gospel as light and life to the unbeliever living in the darkness is the means of receiving eternal life. The Word of God is the source of light to the world and of great paradox in being carried and given forth from earthen vessels. Every believer becomes a vessel of the priceless treasure and is responsible to keep it pure and give it out. The other paradox is that this ministry of light and life in the Gospel takes place in the realm of suffering, pain, and weakness. The purpose of the paradox in the plan of God is that the surpassing greatness of God's power is then displayed. The transformation of each saved life becomes the testimony of the newness of life magnifying the greatness of God's glory as the only means of accomplishing it all.
