Recipe for Revival

1. Pentecost was characterised by Preparation.

2. Pentecost was characterised by Prayer.

3. Pentecost was characterised by power.

4. Pentecost was characterised by preaching.

By looking at the early church in the book of acts we can discover some principles for church revival today.

In today’s world we may not be seen worldwide revivals but God’s desire still, is that he will build His church.

Matt 16:18 …On this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it.

The Old Testament Prophets called on God to revive His people and they called God’s people to revival.

Ps 85:6 Wilt thou not revive us again: that thy people may rejoice in thee?
