Life in the New World

What were conditions like on this earth right after the Genesis flood? That’s our topic on this latest edition of “Encounter God’s Truth.”
Bible teacher Dr. John Whitcomb is going to address the subject of “Life in the New World,” from Genesis chapters 8 and 9, as we continue in volume one of his new series called, “Genesis—History of Beginnings.”
This week, we come to a wonderful time right after the flood, where Noah offers a sacrifice and then receives God’s amazing promises and direction for the future. Dr. Whitcomb describes the covenant that the Lord made with Noah, and the sign of that covenant – the rainbow – telling us what we should learn from this for our lives today.
Following the lesson, host Wayne Shepherd asks Dr. Whitcomb to elaborate on the significance of the offerings that Noah made after the flood.
