Security's Solid Structure

As he continued his argument in establishing the doctrine of the assurance of salvation, the Apostle Paul dealt with the basic foundations of the Gospel message. No one could condemn any of the people for whom Christ died on the cross. Paul's point was that not only had Christ died for them, but that He also had risen from the dead for them, and had ascended into Heaven for them, and was interceding for them. Since Christ has done those things and is now interceding for His people, they can never be condemned. They are saved and saved forever.
