Iran, Russia And China Are Growing Bolder,Biden Won't Use Military Force

Russian President Vladimir Putin can bomb cities in Ukraine with impunity because he knows the US is not going to put "boots on the ground" to stop him. Sanctions, yes. Troops, no.
