Hearing, hearing, hearing — in God's kingdom — is seeing — in God's kingdom.
The believer receives this news report as it is... good news from God. God, then, supernaturally opens the eyes of those that believe and trust Him to see this day, as He sees it. They heard from and believed what God reported. But for the unbeliever this is not so... the good news to the believer is life but for the unbeliever it's dull, empty and lifeless jargon, for they cannot see what God sees.
Why is that? We can only receive what we can see. And we can only see and receive what God sees, when we hear from Him. Apart from hearing from God, and believing what we hear, we can't see or speak what He sees.
