God's Abiding Anger Against Sin

God's anger is His utter abhorrence to every kind of sin. God would not love good if He didn't hate evil. God would not be righteous, if He didn't hate unrighteousness. God would not be just, if He didn't abhor lawlessness and law-breakers. God would not be gracious, if He didn't deliver His elect from wrath and the rest to wrath. Christ bore the wrath due God's elect in His body on the tree.
