Divine Impassibility

Another little known and even less understood quality of God is His divine impassibility.
This doctrine tells us that, totally unlike us as human beings, God is never acted upon
or influenced by either external or internal forces or desires. Built from God's aseity,
this doctrine also gives us the strength to stand firm even when our life is falling apart.
This is why good theology will lead us to heartfelt doxology.
