Christ's Transfiguration as Encouragement: "I Will Come in Glory!"

To encourage His disciples to follow Him and to follow Him singularly, Christ takes three of the disciples to experience His transfiguration revealing His glory and meant to be a foretaste to His final coming in glory.

Glory is an incentive for the Cross, but the way to Glory is through the Cross, with Cross in midst of Glory.
