Maintaining Pattern Attitudes

Paul is the "pattern believer". We are told to follow Paul. His conversion and his life in Christ are specifically set before us as patterns. So his attiudes recorded in Romans 1:15-16 are pattern attitudes. For instance "I am not not ashamed of the gospel... I am ready to preach the gospel...." these are pattern attitudes. How are these maintained? We must be distinctly clear about what exactly is the good news of the gospel. We must also grasp afresh the wonder of what the body of Christ really is (Romans 12:3-5) and who it is in terms of the people we fellowship with.
