To prevent the crowds from murdering the Apostle Paul, the Roman tribute carried him away.
But as they reach the top of the steps, Paul made a strange request. He wanted to speak to the crowd. Even in this broken state, Paul saw an opportunity to share the hope that he had with the very people who are trying to kill him.
