Standing with God

The world is confronting to the church, and always has been. But the question is, 'How does God confront the world? Or 'How does he confront the world in his church?' The answers to these questions are not simple, not just because the waters are murky but because we ourselves need to learn to stand in God's presence—with Elijah. Or rather, with Christ. Elijah lives by the word of God, and, in this way, learns to be a witness to his generation. I pray that we will join him in this journey.
