The calling of a watchman was not the exclusive prerogative of a prophet, we all have responsibility for the growth and maturation of those in the body of Christ. So, if out of fear, laziness, or indifference, we do not endeavor to encourage the struggling saint to growth, consequences will impact both the church and ourselves.
