Doubting Thomas

How would you like to be remembered to all posterity for a mistake that you made, or a moment in which your resolve wavered? That's exactly what happened to Jesus' disciple Thomas, who in a moment of wavering earned the nickname "Doubting Thomas" which has stuck with him for two millenia. Yet, our memory of Thomas is quite selective.
