This message examines the circumstance and significance of Abraham's final altar at Moriah. As with his previous altars, the altar at Moriah reinforced the presence of the covenant people in the promised land. But more than that, the sacrifice attached to it made a crucial contribution to God's revelation of His saving work in His Son. Specifically, the sacrifice of Isaac revealed how God would ultimately fulfill His covenant with Abraham and bring His blessing to all the families of the earth.
