Purpose: Today we shall consider 3 more of the 15 qualifying characteristics of an elder so that we would know what to look and pray for in a pastor and also to grow in these characteristics ourselves.
I. An Overseer must be temperate
II. An Overseer must be sound of mind
III. An Overseer must be respectable
