The Fullness of the Blessing of the Gospel of Christ

"And I am sure that, when I come unto you, I shall come in the fulness of the blessing of the gospel of Christ."
—Romans 15:29

Paul was absolutely certain that when he finally came to visit the believers in Rome, that he would come to them FULL of the blessing of the gospel of Christ. What does that phrase mean..."the blessing of the gospel of Christ"? What does it mean to be FULL of that blessing? What does this verse say about the kind of influence Christians can have on others when they live in the fulness of the blessing of the gospel of Christ?
