God's Exhibit A

The inspired Apostle continued his stirring summation by pointing to the chief piece of evidence that God Himself has introduced. That evidence for the assurance of salvation is the treatment that God the Father used in dealing with His only begotten Son. Certainly, Paul was arguing, since God did not spare His own Son, did not hold back His own Son, but delivered Him up to persecution, suffering, and death for all of Christ's people, there will be nothing withheld from those people that God has purposed and that Christ has secured.
