Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem

Romans 10 begins with Paul's earnest desire and prayer for the Israelites to be saved. It ends with the Gentiles finding what they did not seek and the Jews stubbornly disobeying and opposing God's good news. It's clear that Israel as a whole has rejected the Gospel, but does it follow that God has rejected the Jews?
