Hebrews 8:1-6

God swore the truth about the Messiah's Priesthood with an oath and further proclaimed that He would not change his mind. In other words, the Messiah's role as priest was, announced by God, sworn by God, and based upon God's immutability, has come to pass. What does this mean to us? A lot, as we find when we probe further into the priestly role of Christ.
