The three individuals noted in this passage are called Mr. defective enthusiasm, Mr. Never ready, and Mr. Divided heart. The cure for these defects with which we are all more or less at one time or another afflicted is a believing embrace of God's heart uniting mercy and glory found in Psalm 86. One of Frank Sell's favorite prayers was, "unite my heart to fear the name (psalm 86:4)."
