Strong on Zeal, Weak on Love

In his letter to the Church at Ephesus, the Lord Jesus reminds them who he is, the one who tends the churches and cares for them. He commends their zeal for good works and for the truth, but points to their failing in having left their first love and calls them to repentance. He encourages perseverance, giving his promise to the one who overcomes.
