From Shame to Honour Pt. 2

The Bible from beginning to end is the story of a gracious God calling out to a people who have sinned offering to cover their shame. From hiding in the garden of Eden to being called a "royal priesthood" is the story of redemption. Christ experienced shame in order to cover our shame. In doing so the redeemed are clothed in something even more beautiful than the God-designed priestly garments, they are clothed in the righteousness of their Saviour, Jesus Christ. It is a story of shame to honour.
