Should Christians Practice YOGA

Can a man serve 2 masters? Yoga means Union With god..but which god? do christians know what they are getting into when they assume the YOGA positions? although YOGA is advertised as excercise.. it is actually a major part of the Hindu religion, THE VARIOUS POSITIONS IN YOGA ARE TO GIVE WORSHIP TO THE MANY HINDU gods. yet christian churches and even the YMCA is teaching YOGA..once you learn what this practice is..you will see why Christians must not do this..this audio is an interview with a former Yoga teacher.. feel free to share this message with others.
