The Cleansing of His Blood

Pastor Peront preaches a message on Hebrews 1:3 "When He had by Himself purged our sins..." In Leviticus, the blood of animals was sufficient to cover the sins of the people. But Christ's blood has purged our sins and taken them away forever. His blood initiates the New Covenant with Israel of which covenant we, as believers in Christ, have been made partakers. It is this blood that we remember with the cup at the Lord's Table.
