Suffering and Glory

As Peter addresses these suffering saints he instructs them on the appropriate way to respond to fiery trials. He tells them not to be surprised, but to rejoice, he warns them not to suffer as evildoers, he exhorts them to not be ashamed, but to glorify God, and finally he tells them to entrust their souls to a faithful Creator.
