The Judge of all the earth

(Chapters 13-24 God's judgements upon the nations).

1. The Lord giving future history v1;6-22. The God who predicts the rise and fall of Empires is the God who judges all men.
2. The Lord putting unholy people to holy use v2-5
3. The Lord's unfailing mercy 14:1,2. It is a part of God's mercy to judge his people's enemies. We need higher thoughts of God's greatness.
