When Mercy Descends, Joy Ascends

The whole universe exists for the glory of God and praise is a primary means through which this purpose is accomplished. Because of God's wonderful works of creation, providence, redemption and sanctification, those who have experienced His saving grace desire to lift their voices (and lives) and declare “Let God be magnified.” The outline of the sermon is as follows:
I. Praise His name, for through it we know Him
II. for His glory transcends everything
III. for His mercy exalts the poor and needy
