CONTRASTING GOD AND MAN (1–11)
•He is the Refuge, and we are the ones sheltered in Him (1)
•He is the eternal God, and we are fleeting creatures (2–6)
•He is the righteous King and Judge, and we are His unworthy subjects, criminal and condemned (7–11)
CALLING UPON GOD FOR MAN (12–17)
•O Lord, give us wisdom (12)
•O Lord, have mercy (13–15)
O Lord, let our work be Your work, blessed forever (16, 17)
