The Father and the Cross

In the cross the very heart and holy love of the Father is revealed. In that action of his grace he brings us into a reconciled relationship to himself, through the Son by the Spirit. But to plumb the depths of this cross is beyond us. But when we encounter the Father there, we come to know him truly as the Abba with grateful praise.
