Love in Deed & in True Love Assure the Children of God

In these verses the apostle John in the simplest of terms and by the Spirit of God desire that every child of God might live in the assurance of their salvation. And how is this possible:? Answer: love in deed and in truth. Do we demonstrate love by our actions, and are those actions motivated out of love for my brother? If so, the Lord blesses us with the confidence that we are His and He is ours.
