Living Sacrifice

Romans is known for the doctrine that it contains. However, this doctrine is presented in a very practical and applicable way, such that it guides us in a personal manner. In chapter 12 Paul's tone changes some. He trasitions into an admonition to apply this doctrine to our life in a personal manner. This becomes our Living Sacrifice to the Lord. Living a life that is pleasing and in accord with His Word. He has granted us salvation. Out of this we must, out of thankfulness, live close to Him as a sacrifice of joy.
