Galatians-Chapter 02 - 05

The gospel was so important to Paul that he would not allow a man as important as Peter to go unchallenged when he was wrong. It wasn't a matter of Paul "proving" himself right and Peter wrong; it was a simply a matter of what was right. Paul was set for the defense of the gospel. If a great man like Peter could compromise the gospel, we should take heed how we stand lest we fall.
