Battlefield Treason

God gives us speech, or our tongues, to be used wisely and effectively as His warriors in the spiritual battle between the kingdom of darkness and the kingdom of light. While we may know that in our minds, we tend to be careless regarding the direction these ‘guns' are pointed when heat of battle comes.
To fight on the right team, wearing the right uniform, at the right battlefield is good. Yet when the bullets start to fly, if our 'guns' are aimed in the wrong direction, we aren't simply being unfaithful, we are being treasonous. This sermon challenges us on this point, and seeks to apply, in specific terms, the direct testimony of scripture regarding our high calling in how we communicate with one another.
