Parable of the Dishonest Manager

A rich man's manager was wasting his possessions. He said to him, "You can no longer be manager." The manager summoned his master's debtors and had them reduce their bills. The sons of this world are shrewder than the sons of light. The Pharisees heard these things, and ridiculed Jesus. Jesus said to them, "What is exalted among men is an abomination to God."
