Beware of the Divisive Man!

Jesus spilled His blood, not only to reconcile us to God, but also to reconcile us to one another as God's people. The gospel unites us and knits our hearts together in love. But those who sow discord among the brethren are the instruments of Satan to separate what God has brought together. Paul therefore warns us: "Mark out the divisive man, and avoid him!" Obedience to King Jesus sometimes requires us to do hard things, but if we love Him, we will obey Him whatever the cost.
